GUI setup#

Installing napari as a bundled app#

  1. Download and install napari as a bundled app. The latest napari release is available here: napari/napari

  2. Open napari

  3. Select Plugins \ Plugin Manager

  4. Install the napari workshop browser plugin, and restart napari.

  5. Run the napari workshop browser plugin and enter the URL of this workshop’s zip file (e.g. kephale/napari-workshop-halfway-to-i2k).

  6. Click Launch workshop
