napari workshop at Microscopy and Microanalysis 2023

This site contains the materials for the image analysis component of Biological EM Sample Processing Short Course - Part II at M&M 2023.

The course focuses on using a popular open source tool napari. Attendees will use both graphical and Python-based interfaces to learn about image analysis with napari.
